There hasn't been anything said by Chris Weitz (the new director! Very exciting, because I LOVE him, and hated Catherine) or Stephenie about different casting. So far everyone is signed on, and filming will begin any day now, so yes, Taylor Lautner is staying on as Jacob Black.

I wasn't overly impressed with Taylor...granted he was only in the movie for a total of about 20 seconds. Figures that he's ahead of Alice and all the other Cullens, except Edward, in the cast listings

That said, New Moon should be interesting..
