oh? that's odd!!! Thanks!
I know, so I was wondering, like me you seem to be a big Harry Potter fan... which series do you like better?
For me Harry Potter is a different kind of story and I love it for the story it is.
For Twilight, I love it for the romance and for how strong of a love their is between Edward and Bella.
It is hard for me to choose between to you. Which one do you think is best?

Well I do LOVE both series dearly! But if I REALLY had to choose between the two then I would probably choose Harry Potter because JK Rowling is just so creative! I mean look at all of the creatures she has come up with in Harry Potter! But then again, Stephanie Meyer is also very creative! She came up with a lot of details in the Twilight series. But JK Rowling is a tiny bit better.
she didn't come up with all those creatures.
Phoenix = mythical creature
Giant = mythical creature
Centaur = mythical creature
Cerberus (three headed dog, remember it in Hercules?) = Mythical creature
Dragons = mythical creatures
Well, you could pretty much say the same about Breaking Dawn, it all just ends a little too perfectly. In Harry Potter, there was at least battling and death.Hmmm, I never thought of that.
I think for me the last book ruined some of my love for Harry Potter. It was so cheesy and just perfect. I think that Harry Potter should have died trying to protect his friends instead of coming back to life and marrying Ginny. Then again I am a huge fan of him and Hermione.
I am more of a romance girl so I think I like the Twilight series a little better... just for that reason. I love the world J.K. Rowling created though... tough choice..
Haha yes.Omg, same!
My friend burst out laughing because when Edward walked in I like gasped and started choking. I never thought Robert was that hot in pictures, but my God, the movie just bought Edward to life.
My friend then wouldn't shut up about my emotional outburst for the whole day.
I did exactly the same. I read everything and sometimes in the film, I would be like "I saw that clip months ago on youtube.." and felt maybe I ruined the movie a bit for myself.
Hmm, I see what your saying about Bella being average. But I just look at the way she is played and think, maybe there could have been more "oooomph", I can't explain it. hmm.
I didn't really have a problem with the way they acted, the Cullens and the Hales were played perfectly IMO. Carlisle was more than perfect and I thought Jasper was great too, it broke my heart watching him meet Bella. It was more the appearance of some of the high schoolers, like Mike and Eric, they were so different to the way I imagiend them. I think I set my standards to high there.
Hopefully the next movie wont be so fast paced
Awww, yes, Charlie wasn't the hunk of the movie, but I got all teary eyed when Bella left. In Breaking Dawn, when Bella was leaving Charlie and stuff, I was in floods of tears, so if BD ever gets made, I am going to be in such a mess in the cinema!

Post a pic of Rob with short hair please!!!!!!
What is his website?
I think that Breaking Dawn was a little cheesey too, but I loooved the suspense of what was going to happen to Bella and her baby.
NEW MOON UPDATE! I read somewhere that it's release date for now is November 20th, 2009! That's INSANE! (This is also apparently the reason Catherine was fired, because she wanted/needed more time to make it) This is worrying me, because if it's being rushed it won't be as good. This may have been a rumour, but it sounds pretty legit.
Everyone else wore a wig...I read that as well, about the New Moon release date.
They all got so close on set and that will only grow with the new movies.
I love Rob's new haircut, but I don't think the director is too happy about it, of course Rob could always wear a wig, but I don't think he will like that.
She's not going to go out and say "I was fired", lol. Regardless, I'm excited about Weitz.I am almost 99% positive that she wasn't fired but that she passed the movie onto someone who felt could finish it in that time period because she thought that she won't be able to make it as good as she wanted to in the time period. And here is some of the evidence why i think that :
"Los Angeles, CA, December 7, 2008 Summit Entertainment and director Catherine Hardwicke jointly announced today that the filmmaker will not be directing the next installment in the newly minted TWILIGHT film franchise. Summit's targeted end of 2009 or early 2010 release of the film, NEW MOON, does not work with Ms. Hardwicke's required prep time to bring her vision of the film to the big screen. Thus as has been done before with many successful film franchises, the studio will employ a new director for NEW MOON." - www.stepheniemeyer.com/newmoon_movie.html
But this makes me think that she was signed onto another movie -
"I am sorry that due to timing I will not have the opportunity to direct NEW MOON," said Hardwicke. "Directing TWILIGHT has been one of the great experiences of my life, and I am grateful to the fans for their passionate support of the film. I wish everyone at Summit the best with the sequelit is a great story." www.stepheniemeyer.com/newmoon_movie.html
and then atleast she found them a new director
"First of all, like you, I'm sad that Catherine is not continuing on with us for New Moon. I'm going to miss her, not just as a brilliant director, but also as a friend. She has such a distinct, authentic voice that did amazing things for Twilight. I'm looking forward to every movie she does in the future.
And she didn't leave us empty handed. We still get the benefits of her amazing casting and the beautiful visual world she created. This foundation puts us in a good place for New Moon." - www.stepheniemeyer.com/newmoon_movie
just remember that movie don't usually start filming asap so that the can come out exactly one year later, sequels , for the most part, come out 1 and half to 2 years later if not more. I mean the santa clause 2 didn't come out for 12 years after the santa clause one, not that i am comparing the movies in any way
