New TV show - Shark Tank

So who watched last weeks first episode and is excited to see this weeks? I love the show and the whole idea. I miss "American Inventor" which was a lot like Shark Tank where people had ideas and tried to present them in order to get like $10,000 to put towards advancing their product (making a prototype or what not) and then at the end of the show it usually ended with some big company signing the people to produce their product. I never once saw any of the products in stores though.

What do you guys think of the new show Shark Tank?

I only caught a little bit of it last night (my heart was breaking for that one guy who had the idea for the wireless tablets for doctor's offices) and thought it was really good. In fact, I was just thinking about it a few minutes ago. I bet there will be some real success stories from the show!

Seriously! That was a great idea and I was completely shocked that the people were shooting the idea down. He said it would only cost a doctor's office $8,000 or something like that for the unit...some of the doctor's offices I've been into lately have flat screen TV's and what not so spending $8,000 on something like his idea wouldn't be INSANE.

Also...worst case scenario for any of the people on the show they get free publicity to the entire country. The one group I felt really bad for was the "College Foxes Moving Boxes"...that'll never sell like their "College Hunks Moving Junk." or whatever. I know my wife would be FURIOUS if I hired a bunch of good looking college girls to come move our stuff, but if I hired college guys she wouldn't care and really neither would I.
