New tower at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort?

Just a few questions about it really, I'm aware no-one really knows too much about it, but I'm just after some peoples more educated opinions than mine...

We're planning a September 2019 trip (so far away, i know). Im aware the tower renovations are due to be completed in the summer of 2019.

Just wondering on what peoples opinions are for how it will affect normal Coronado Springs stays; for example, I'm not a huge fan of tower block hotels, i really want to continue staying in the 'motel' style, outside facing front door type rooms that are already at Coronado Springs, will this be an option?
Do people think it will be a Contemporary Resort/Bay Lake Tower -esque booking system where you effectively choose which bit you'd like to say in?
And also, as Coronado seems to be the cheapest/joint cheapest moderate resort - do people think the price will now go up drastically with the renovations?

Thanks for any light anyone can shed on this.

Jess

I would guess that the tower will be geared towards convention guests who don't want the long walk in the outside weather to their meetings.

And I think once CBR renos are done, the dvc tower built there, and the gondola stop, you'll see CBR be the most expensive of the moderates.

The DVC resort - the Riveria Resort - is NOT going to be at CBR. It is NOT going to be associated at CBR. It is a separate Deluxe resort.
OP I think any answer to your pricing question is pure speculation and your guess is as good as anybodys

I think right now, and this is just speculation, CSR and CBR share the title of cheapest mod to entice people who would otherwise be deterred by the construction to book there rather than downgrading to values if the "intact" moderates are booked up. I expect to see those prices rise to on par with POR and POFQ as soon as the visible/audible elements of the construction projects are complete.

I feel rather sure that tower rooms will be booking categories at CSR.
