New Tomart - Disney Auctions Pins?

Has anyone else received the new Tomart? I got mine yesterday but was surprised to discover that there were no Disney Auctions Pins in mine. Do I have a bad copy?

Are you referring to the new Tomart's 6th Edition Disneyana Guide to Pin Trading or Tomart's Disneyana Update #66??

The Disneyana update only has the pins that were released since the last issue (#65) and I can't keep up with the pins released but there isn't a Disney Shopping section in there that I could find.

There is an ad for the Disneyana Pin Trading Guide #6 in the Disneyana Update. The ad states the following:

"The 6th Edition of Tomart's DISNEYANA Guide to Pin Trading is now shipping. It is the first new edition in over two years, and contains many additions and changes. But don't get rid of your Fifth or earlier editions. Many pins will not be repeated. Foreign pins, Disney Store and Disney Auction/Shopping pins have been eliminated to concentrate on US Disney Theme parks, Disney Cruise Line, New York World of Disney and other operations. New issue pins for eliminated catagories will still be covered in this magazine but will not appear in out traditional guide."

I think the traditional guide referred above is the one I get (the Disneyana Update) but I could be mistaken.

It goes on to say that they may publish a supplemental guide with these pins if need demands.

Yes - and I read that - I would rather pay 1 price for a book with everything in it - I sometimes carry them with me on trips in case I come across something unfamiliar - hate to have to carry 2!

I am pretty sure that his goal was to keep the book in about the same price range, so to include every pin every made means the book keeps getting thicker and thicker and in turn more expensive, thus he cut the Auction pins out.
