New toll road charge for height of vehicle, anyone hear of this?

We are from Ohio and driving to WDW in July. My cousin was telling me she heard that there was a toll road(she didn't catch the name of which one) that was starting to charge extra for the height of your vehicle. Like if you had a luggage rack on your car it would cost you more. Anyone hear anything about this? I was just wondering if it is true. The only toll road we will have to take will be the WV turnpike.

I was thinking about call AAA to see if they heard anything. It is just one of those things you catch part of on the news. Now I'm curious to find out.

As you pointed out, this won't affect your trip from Akron to WDW, but it might affect your future travel.

There are numerous toll roads around Orlando and throughout Florida and none of them charge based on height, just the number of axles.
