I was directed here by some CBers. I need to loose 20 pounds, I am diabetic and it is very hard to loose it once I gain it. I work in an office so I don't move around much and when I get home, i am too tired to do anything else. I NEED MOTIVATION!!!! And well, that is why CBers sent me here. To get the motivation and inspiration. My question is about WW, how does it work? Just a general, is there any sites on the web that explain the system?
