New To This - Disney Invites

I am new to this so hope I am doing things right.

We've just booked out WDW holiday and we leave in 6 weeks - we haven't told our 8yr old little girl yet but wanted to present her with an envelope 'inviting' her to Walt Disney World Florida with a message from Mickey saying he's looking forward to seeing her on ......

Can anyone help me with that?

I would love it to say You are invited to Walt Disney World Florida (let me know if there are too many words in that sentence to go along the top) and her name for the left hand side ear is Lauren and on the right hand side ear to say 8th November 2011.
