New to the board and need help...

Hi All,

New to the board here and looking to chat and have fun talking. I just have one stupid question...I see many people use abbreviations like DD and stuff..can someone please tell me what they mean...Thanks

Yes, there are lots of abbreviations used here, and even when you've been doing this for a while, you often have to stop and think about what the poster is trying to say....additionally, there are some abbreviations that people do incorrectly - Like CS and QS (Disney has called fast-food type eateries as both "quick service" and "counter service") and there are some that are double, or nearly doubles like Space Mountain, Mission:Space, SpectroMagic, and Splash Mountain - SM or M:S). After a while though, you get used tothe most common ones, and it sure makes typing easier to use them!

Thanks for the listing...I'm a newbie too and I actually started an Excel spreadsheet to keep track of the ones I had figured out. Guess I should have just asked, huh?!
