New to QR, have questions

I just signed up for QR the other day and I find the site to be quite user unfriendly since the forums are disabled and the help topics aren't usable either.
I have a couple of questions...

In the upper left of the page where it shows your dollars earned, next to it is "qp" and tokens. Can anyone explain how those work?

When shopping through their site, it says to email them the order confirmation info. How is that done.

Is there anything on the site which I should not try to get points from due to security issues, rippoffs, etc.

Any other info would be appreciated too.

QP are points you get for clicking on the daily clicks, trivia, doing offers. 100QP = 1 cent. They automatically convert to cents. Tokens are like feathers or cds or whatnots on other sites. You earn those to apply to small gift cards or tshirts, etc. Go to Redeem and you can see the prizes for tokens and the values.

Is there anything on the site which I should not try to get points from due to security issues, rippoffs, etc. I've never had an issue. Most of the time if you have an issue you can talk to Dmitry and he will look into it and manually credit you for it. Never had a security issue either.

Any other info would be appreciated too.
