I am in Orlando for a conference and have added a day in WDW and a day in IofA with my 15yo DD. :yay: After reading a bit, I have decided to splurge on 1 night in RPR so our sole day in IoA will be maximized to the extent possible. We'll be there in early September so I am sure it will be packed with all those waiting for the school goers to return to school.

I have read thru some of the posts, but there are so many (and they do get off topic a bit ;)), so I need a bit of clarification as well as some suggestions.

For clarification:
1 - With my RPR key, the posted park hours of 9-6 will actually be 8-6 for us, right? It does NOT give any other advantage in WWoHP, right?

2 - With early entry, I should plan to be in line at IoA entrance by 7:15? It will take about 10 minutes to walk to the entrance from RPR?

3 - I should tackle all of WWoHP first?

4 - All (most? some?) rides have a single rider lane, use it!?

5 - With just a small fanny pack I will NOT need a locker?

For suggestions:
6 - In what order should I tackle WWoHP attractions?

7 - What are the other must-do's in IoA? We will not want to get wet. It's 15 yo DD and me, Mom. I can do without the motion rides, but I'm willing to go thru the lines with DD so she can ride.

8 - I see many speak about not fitting on rides. I am 5'6 and should lose 30 pounds and could lose 50. Will I fit?

9 - WWoHP purchases. How long do they take to get to hotel? I'll be checking out that day before heading to the park. Will I be able to send the packages to the hotel and get them in the early evening?

I am sure these have all been answered before so links to the responses will be much appreciated as well. Thank you all!

1. Your RPR key will get you express access on Flight of the Hippogriff and Dragon Challenge. It just isn't useful for Forbidden Journey. The hours will be 8-6 for you with the first hour being spent in Wizarding World.

2. Early entry rush may not be that big of a deal in September. I would wait to make any plans until people have reported back with the new crowds status.

3. Yes, do WWoHP first. It will be all you can do during early entry anyways.

4. Use express or single rider...whichever is shorter. For Forbidden Journey, do the castle once and then do single rider for subsequent rides.

5. Small fanny packs are fine.

6. If you want to do Olivanders experience, do it first thing in the morning in early entry. Then do FJ. The other rides never have much of a line since they aren't new.

7. Do all the rides in IOA. They are all worthwhile.

8. If you have a belly/chest measurement of over 48", you may be in trouble. Since you don't state your actual weight, it is tough to give you any idea of if you will fit. If you are under 200 lbs, like it sounds, you should be fine.

9. You'd better ask when the packages will be delivered. We've had them delivered the next day. Perhaps you should just have them sent to the front of the park instead.

Ahh, yes, I forgot about delivering to the front gate. Excellent, thanks!

Yes, I'm a good bit under 200 so hopefully I'll be fine. Just all the posts gave me a bit of a scare, especially since I plan to carry a fanny pack and will NOT use the lockers, I'll skip the rides if I have to :sad1: !

Make sure the fanny pack is small. If it is going to impact the restraints they won't let it on.
