O.K., since this year's Food & Wine Festival has extended dates we will have the pleasure of attending during our Columbus Day weekend visit. It will be our first time. I know from previous reviews and from Deb's website that all kinds of food, exhibits, etc. are presented. My question is, and maybe I should be on the Dining/Restaruants section, are the presentations of food and wine offered throughout the day? Someone please bump me over if I am posting out of line here.\

Thanks!

There are small booths set up all around the World Showcase from different countries. Their is a descripton of the food in the brochure and you can see what it actually looks like at each booth.

During the day there are also wine and beer seminars. Times are listed in the brochure.

There are also dinners which you need reservations for and usually sell out very quickly.

This is my favorite event!

I'm ready to see some 2004 info about F&W Fest so I can try to be one of those that snag ressies! :jester:

Anybody see at least a rough schedule so far or is it gonna be a while?

The cullinary demos (which include complimentary samples and require no advance reservations) are offered at The Terrace (between France and Morrocco) multiple times each day.

Generally speaking, the food booths do not open until 1:00 pm.

The schedule of presenters is notorious for being drawn up at the last minute, and of course, always subject to change.

The food booths open when WS opens - usually 11:00 AM. There may be a booth or two that aren't open right at 11:00 due to some delay.
