How do I find out when EMH are for each park? We have been trying to book Cinderella's royal table and Be Our Guest for a few months now. Any hints or tips to get in either? We leave the 26th!

You can see EMH schedules on the Disney website.

As for the restaurants, all you can do is keep checking.

EMH schedules on the Disney site as mentioned, just change dates as need be. https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/calendars/

3 weeks out and needing CRT and BOG reservations just keep checking as mentioned. Worse come to worse check like crazy the day before you need it since lots of people cancel just before 24 hours so they don't get charged the cancellation fee.
