New to Disboards

Good Morning,

After about a year of coming to Disboards and reading all the posts and information, I have finally registered. I have lots of questions of my own and hope that you can help me. This will be our first family trip to disney, we will be there from Dec 21st through the 30th. We are not staying on the grounds but will be very close. My 11 year old daughter will turn 12 while we are there so we are looking for something fun to do for her special day???

Have any of you ever used a website called www.themeparkland.co.uk to purchase theme park tickets? I'm wondering how reputable they are as the tickets are very, reasonabley priced for instance, the Disney World 5-Day Park Hopper Plus tickets are $147.00 for adults and $118.00 for kids, is this too good to be true??

Like many others, I'm concerned about daily expenses for a family of 4???

Just did a search typing in "themeparkland" and it doesn't sound too good! I'd stay away from them I think.

Welcome to the boards!!!! The site you mentioned is in the UK, so the prices are in pounds. You need to multiply by 1.78 to get the price in $$$. I assume it is better to buy the tickets in the US for US residents.

I've never heard of them either and you might want to compare prices with other places, especially those mentioned on these boards, of course.
