Hello Out There From Disney Land,

I'm new here to DisBoards, and I look forward to posting here on this board about some of my favorite Disney Shows Past, Present, and Future.

As a Life-Long Disney Enthusiast--including Past & Present Disney Subsidiaries e.g. ABC Studios, 20th Century Fox, Touchstone Pictures, The Jim Henson Company (owned by Disney from 1991-1996 before Disney bought back The Muppets from Henson in 2004), Miramax Films, LucasFilm, Ltd. and Marvel Studios just to name a few examples--I've proudly owned quite a few such titles on VHS, DVD, Blu Ray, and 4K HD Combined.

Among my personal favorite Disney Titles Past & Present include, but not limited to, the following shows and movies:

1. Hello Ladies (ABC Studios) -- Created by Gene Stupnitsky & Lee Eisenberg, "Hello Ladies" was an IMO unjustly short-lived 2013 Disney sitcom originally airing on the HBO Television Network from September 29, 2013 - November 17, 2013 for 1 season of 8 half-hour episodes, followed by a TV Movie Version ("Hello Ladies: The Movie") airing at 8 P.M. ET on November 22, 2014; the series, which was based on Steve Merchant's Stand-Up Comedy Routine about Steve's Search for a Wife, aired every Sunday night at 10 P.M. ET on HBO after "Eastbound & Down," with "Eastbound & Down" airing at 10 P.M. ET followed by "Hello Ladies" at 10:30 P.M. ET The show starred Steve as Stuart Pritchard, a British Web Designer who left his native England to become a Web Designer in Los Angeles, California (where the series was filmed entirely on location) while hoping to find true love and romance on the side. I've already Posted more info on "Hello Ladies" in an earlier discussion in my first post here at DisBoards, which you can find easily if you type in the words "Hello Ladies" in the search engine on this site. "Hello Ladies" was Produced by Four Eyes Entertainment & Quantity Entertainment in association with ABC Studios & Distributed by Disney Media Distribution.

2. Who Framed Roger Rabbit (Touchstone Pictures) -- Written by Jeff Price & Pete Seaman & Directed by Bob Zemeckis, "Who Framed Roger Rabbit" was a joint production of Walt Disney Feature Animation & Touchstone Pictures, with the film released theatrically on June 24, 1988 in theaters across America on a $50 million budget, eventually making no more than 3 times that much--at least $150 million--in the USA alone, and totaling $350 million worldwide in the Box Office Multiplex, making it one of the more successful Box Office Hits in the 32-Year History of Touchstone Pictures.

3. Home Improvement (Walt Disney Television) -- The year is 1990. George "Daddy" Bush, age 66, is U.S. President; the War of the Gulf is in full effect; and stand-up comedian Timothy Allen "Tim" Dick, known professionally as Tim Allen, is the hottest stand-up comedy ticket all over America. During the Summer of 1990, veteran TV producers Matt Williams, Carmen Finestra & David McFadzean (as part of their development deal with The Walt Disney Company) conceived and created a sitcom pilot called "Hammer Time," a spoof of Bob Vila's "This Old House." Soon after seeing Tim's Stand-Up Comedy Special on the Showtime Cable Channel called "Men Are Pigs," the Pilot was re-tooled as a Sitcom Vehicle for Tim and eventually re-named "Home Improvement." The show would eventually last 8 seasons on the ABC Television Network (itself bought by Disney in August 1995) from September 17, 1991 - May 25, 1999 for 204 half-hour episodes. "Home Improvement" was produced by Wind Dancer Productions, Inc. in association with Walt Disney Television and Distributed by Buena Vista Television.

And those are just a few examples of some of my fav TV shows. Merry Early Christmas, and remember, if you want somebody to be your friend, you've got to be a friend to them. Bye Bye, Everybody!!!
