Hello! Thanks for having me. I was a member of several Disney groups on FB for years. I have since deleted my FB account, so I'm so thankful to have found this group. My hubs and I just got back from an epic week at WDW. WE stayed at the Swan and will stay there every time forever if we can. We LOVED the location and the price was right!
We are now planning our Jan 2022 trip with our family of 9! We would love to do the SAD again, but don't think its feasible with that many people. We are looking at DVC points for the first time to stay at DBV.
It will be our 6th trip to WDW and we cant say enough how much we love the EP resort area.
If you haven't been since Covid, the policies and restrictions were not that big of a deal-it didn't ruin the magic for us! We loved the lighter crowds and we even rode ROR twice! If you even want a shot of getting in the ROR queue, make sure you watch YouTube videos on tips and trips. That's my 1 piece of advise!
Thanks again for having me!

We went a few weeks ago and though I did not go into the parks my son did. He said that even though it wasn't as crowded as usual, it felt crowded. Maybe because we are used to smaller crowds. But he said the wait at the popular rides took some time. They were also very long because of distancing so maybe they looked longer than they really were. But nonetheless it doesn't appear to be "empty" anymore.

Yes, because of social distancing, they’ve had to reroute the lines out of their normal line Q covering parts of the park that it wouldn’t normally. To a passerby, the lines look like they were 2 to 3 hours long, but in reality they were sometimes only 20 to 40 minutes. With some planning and watching TP suggestions on when to ride, the longest we waited in any line was 45 minutes. We were able to ride all of the popular attractions, at least twice. The posted wait times were all so much longer than we actually waited almost every time. I think they do that in an attempt to try and keep the line shorter. For not having fast passes, we were pleasantly surprised with how organized they were. When capacity returns to normal, they’re going to have to bring fast passes back in order to handle the crowds.
