New to Dis and Disney and have a Ques

I am going to Disney World for the first time in February to March. I was wondering if anyone could give me any pointers? Also wondering if anyone has ever stayed in Lake Berkeley before. My daughter will be 4 and my son will be one. Thanks so much!
