New to dining plan, have a question!

Hello everyone! my daughter and her friend will be checking in to the Caribbean Beach hotel on Oct 28 for 4 nights (checking out Nov 1), and have the free dining plan (1 QS, 1 TS and 1 snack) for every night of their stay. Now I am wondering: how does this work exactly? If they arrive Oct 28, I imagine they can start using up dining credits on that same day at dinner? So is the plan valid for Oct 28, 29, 30 and 31, and whatever they eat on Nov 1 (the day they check out) is out of pocket? I am just a tad confused!

Any insight would be much appreciated!

no the credits are valid from day of check in to last day of check out at close of day. So although you will get your credits based on the number of nights - 4 - you can spread them over the 5 days any way you wish

They can use their credits in any order and on any day from the time they check in until 11:59pm of their checkout day. Once the credits are used up, the rest of their food would be OOP.

As soon as they check in and acquire their key cards, they will have access to ALL the credits for the entire stay. It is up to them to use them all prior to midnight after they have checked out. If they use up their credits before then, any food they buy after the credits are gone will not be covered by the plan.
