new to DFTW and disboards

hey all,

My name is Angela and I just recently got engaged to the love of my life last month. Even before i met him i always wanted my Disney wedding and could envision it. I have been a disney fanatic all my life i find it awesome that i was even born on Walt Disneys birthday. I'm planning for May of 2014 at the pavillion still trying to decided on the reception. i know i can't book it until a year ahead but i want to have all my ducks in a row. I'm starting to feel a little overwhelmed on how i'll be able to get everything done in a year. I did pick my Disney princess inspired dress by Alfred Angelo two days ago so i feel at least now i can plan my theme around that. if anyone has any advice that they are willing to share i'm very openminded and would like as much feed back as possible. thats all for now

If you're interested, you might want to go up to the Planning Our Happily Ever After sub forum (listed at the top of the main forum) and create a planning journal where you can share your plans with others. I found my planning journal was a great place to keep track of my plans and get feedback from other brides.
