Hi - I've been to WDW countless times but we've never done the DDP. Sometimes we stay off-site and when on-site we've stayed CL in the past. So we've always paid OOP for meals there. We may do the DDP in 2013 and I have some questions.

The DDP talks about entrees, appetizers, and desserts. But, I don't see references to side orders. So, I'm assuming you can order fries or onion rings with your burger, etc. ??? How do you know what comes with it?

Is the list of restaurants on the WDW DDP pamphlet complete? I don't see T-Rex or some of the Epcot restaurants listed on it.

When you go to someplace like the electric umbrella where you pick from lots of little things - how do you know what equals a meal? Can you get soup and salad?

Thanks in advance!

At CS locations, the entree is a meal - so a sandwich, the side it comes with, and a drink (which would count as your drink).

You do not get an appetizer on the regular DDP, only on the deluxe plan (and there are only appetizers at TS locations, not QS).

Anything extra that you want you would have to pay for yourself.

2013 restaurants will not be finalized until close to the end of year, most likely and they will update the brochure at that time.

If the side is listed along with the entree and included in its price, then it's covered.

If you have to purchase the side separately, and it has its own price, it is not covered.

You can get a salad as an entree, soup would be extra.

At many locations you can use a SC for soup. Check out my list-link below-for options.

She's right additionally most CS spots have CS icons next to the item on the menu board

No, the 2013 is not complete. Usually it doesn't become final until later in the year, especially restaurants not owned by Disney like TRex.
