We are DVC members and recently bought a travel trailer. We are planning on 3 trips a year since DVC now offers points to stay there. We have a small dog, do we have to stay in the Pet Loops? Also can anyone recommend a good loop with easy back in? TIA

1) Yes, you need a "pet Loop".
2) All loops have reasonable back-in sites.

BTW: Welcome from the depths of DVC to the bright/airy/friendly realm
of The Fort. You will love camping with us.

As Scupper said, welcome to the Fort. You will love it.

They are very good for pet owners. You will need to request the pet loops. To be honest, the loops are all mostly easy to get in. This does however depend on the length of your camper.

Best of luck to you...

I think I said my piece about the pet loops on the "700 loop" post. Be a responsible pet owner and DO request a pet loop.

Welcome to the Fort!! We have stayed in on site resort rooms starting in 2000. We first camped at the Fort last Thanksgiving and are getting ready to head back for our 3rd trip.

Therustyscupper said it best...... the bright, airy, friendly realm and I might add relaxed way to experience the World.:thumbsup2

Thank you all so much!! Looking forward to joining the FW family!

Making first stay as an adult with my wife and kids in our new trailer in Sept. with DVC points. I am excited as well...welcome!!

Can y'all tell me the best golf cart rental company? I thought Disney had their own but after reading the threads I see they don't.

I am sure others will chime in with more specific info but this is what I know

Disney does have there own but they are expensive (and can only Reserve 4 seat.. 6 seater first come first served)

The two names I hear the most about here is Kenny at Tee-time and Beachline golf carts..

Kenny can be hard to get ahold of but most comments suggest once you do he does offer great service... Beachline has also had good review (I am renting from him in 3 days)

That all said Disney has been giving them a hard time with delivering to the fort. Sometimes you need to meet them off site (either with your own tow vehicle or drive in with them) other times you get lucky and they have a rental ending when yours starts...

Hope that helps
