New to boards/prospective dvc member

I've never done this before and hope I'm doing this right! My DH and I are seriously considering buying into the DVC, going thru Disney, and doing the SSR. My question is regarding the dining at Saratoga. We have LOVED staying at POR, largely due to the food court. We love that it's more than just burgers and fries, etc. Can anyone tell me what the variety is at the quick service at SSR? We have four kids, so some variety is essential--they don't all like the same things. I'd appreciate any help you could give me !
