new to board

Hi!

As a new member to this board I would like to know how to sell points? I have 50 points to sell at OKW, and was told they must be used by November 2005.

Can anyone please walk me through the process.

If you haven't already, you should start by reading the <a href="http://www.wdwinfo.com/dvc/renttrade-faq.htm">Rent/Trade Board FAQ.</a> It will offer some basic guidance about the process.

Basically, you'll just want to post your availability/willingness to make a reservation for someone using your points on the Rent/Trade Board. You xan suggest an amount you'll accept and decide what terms you will accept (payment amounts, refund policy, cancellation policy). You can draft a simple contract with the particulars (dates, resort, room type, deposit, final payment, etc). You can also respond to someone else's request for a reservation and then go thru the same process above.

Welcome paul&sue1 !!! You came to the right place...but try to refer to it as "renting points" instead of "selling" otherwise your mailbox will be so full of PM's from people looking to buy more points, you won't know what to do (LOL).
