New to APs

we have purchased APs for the first time. When reading information about them, I saw that vouchers are sent through the mail. However, I only received the email confirmation? Is this all I need (with ID and credit card) to pick up our passes?

Also, if we don't get our passes until we get to the gate, how do we take advantage of free parking on our first day?

Magic Bands: we have MBs that we've used in the past. If I linked my APs to our existing MDE and already made FP+, are they good to go with our new APs or will they do that for us at guest relations?
How do we order the complimentary MBs that I have seen mentioned with APs?

1. Yes.
2. Pay for parking. Save the parking receipt and show it to the CM when you get your AP.
You'll get a parking fee refund at that time.
3. Yup.
4. You won't get your actual AP MBs until sometime after your first trip.
You customize them after the option shows up in your MDE a bit after your first AP trip.
