I just added a day to 2 of our 6 6 day tickets. I had booked a 7th day for 2 of us (arriving earlier than the rest) and had received an email that they would cancel our fps for November 5th - the last day of our trip. So, I called to add a day. It turned out to be 56.00 for the 2 tickets (not too bad) and the guy asked what day I wanted to ADD. I told him the 5th. So, he proceeded to cancel our tickets and make them 7 day hoppers starting on November the 5th. Our vacation starts on October 29th. I'm currently on an old laptop and have not been able to see my itinerary and tickets for 2 days. Talk about panic; less than a week away and I was looking at losing all our fps if it didn't get straightened out. Lucky for me, I went through IT first, then she connected me with an AMAZING CM who worked through the whole cluster mess. So far so good. She was kind of at a bit of a loss as the ticketing system is new to her also.
However, that said, last visit with family in 2016 we had 7 day hoppers. As my DS decided to attend the Villain Event, we needed to add 2 tickets to his and DWs. At the resort, we were told it would be 80.00 per ticket. I said, no that's wrong. It should only be around 10.00. She went and spoke with someone at length, and came back with 60.00 per. I told her no, that's wrong. She went and spoke with a supervisor and came back with 40.00. I took it, even though I still felt it was wrong. I should have gone elsewhere.
