I'd like to propose a new swap...An In-law swap. I need a new MIL and FIL. Anyone want to swap with me? Mine are stubborn and 72. Any takers?

Finally a swap where I might feel qualified to participate! Of course, DH would probably say HE was qualified to participate, and I think HIS in-laws are just practically perfect in every way!

I got a good laugh out of this thread! I cannot swap because my MIL & FIL are six feet under. I suspect my husband would gladly swap his in-laws, & I would back him up BIG time!

I love my MIL (and I hope my dh would say the same, lol), but some days I would seriously consider swapping dd.

My FIL can drive me crazy, but I think it's just because he's clueless. I'd love to get rid of my MIL on most days, though. Right now I am on her bad list for giving a baby shower for her daughter. I'll stop with that one.

Deb - I'll take stepmom-to-be for MIL. Wouldn't trade my mom for all the money in the world though! I was hoping things would get better for you in that dept. Feel free to vent Saturday!

BTW - I owuld get great joy in tryiing to stuff MIL in one rate mail envelope for swap!!!!

Please let me know when we get swap dates and addresses set. If we could make it before the 28th I'd be ever so grateful!!!!

I didn't even think of a kid swap. There are some days I'd like to stuff my DD into an envelope and ship her off. Oh wait, I did that yesterday. Well, not the envelope, but onto a bus
