New Super Target by Windsor Hills?

Can someone help me with the location of the new Super Target by Windsor Hills? It has been 3 years since our last visit, and I'm so happy to hear there is a new closer grocery store. Thanks!

The Super Target is to the west on 192 about 2 miles. Windsor Hills is #1 on this map and Target is #134. There's also an Olive Garden, Longhorn Steakhouse, Sweet Tomatoes and Bahama Breeze ( may not be open yet) in this parking lot. Across the road is a new Applebees.
