This happened to me! I bought my ticket from UnderCover Tourist this morning and then couldn't make park reservations. I called Disney and they said it was IT issues. But it FINALLY just got fixed and I was able to make them 5 mins ago. So try again??

I didn't get the hotel savings tho. Bummer. I had a Woodland-Courtyard View at GC and by the time I got thru to Disney they said it wasn't available for the savings. They did have a pool view for about the same price but that wasn't worth it to me. I wanted hotel savings! oh well.

My dates definitely are part of the sale! But the only room showing available for the sale during my dates was a Pool View (both online and when I talked to Disney). Not sure why Disney couldn't just credit me for the sale price on my existing Woodland View room reservation but the Disney agent said "those" rooms were sold out. ??

I saved $600 on tickets which is still great.

In order to get the sale there needs to your room type available for purchase when you call. This happened to my friend, he called up and looked every day and he finally got it!! Keep checking then call!

Okay gotcha! I canceled the Woodland View since I couldn't get it on sale but Ill keep checking.

I did end up booking the Pool View room b/c with the sale price it was about the same price as the Standard View I had booked with UnderCover Tourist several months ago (about $100 more). Is this "worth it?" I have never stayed at GC before. But after I got over my initial disappointment that they didn't have a Standard View sale room - and the Pool View was about the same price I already paid - maybe it was worth it? Thoughts?? Pool View worth it?

No. You should have gotten a confirmation email though. It takes UT a little while to send you the Disney Confirmation number. My bet is you will get it tomorrow. But your room is already confirmed through them, so do not worry. You have it. When you get the Disney number in your email, you can add that to your MDE and it will show up in the app etc.

No, you cannot add individual additional days to the promotional tickets. 3 days and that's it. You can add park hopper, weekend, and Genie+ to the promotional tickets for an extra price. If you want a 4th day, you'll have to buy a single day ticket.

If you're looking to go for 4 or 5 days, you'll need to buy standard (non-promotional) tickets. Third parties like UC typically have these at a slight discount.

Someone on reddit made an interesting point, Tianas and or Haunted Mansion will be opening after the offer expires hopefully. They have too many rides down this summer so it makes sense they open it up to everyone for discount.

I was told today by the Walt Disney Travel Company/DL representative...they are expecting to open HM by the opening of Halloween Time which is AUgust 23rd. I was told that when I booked in January. It seems to be the goal. I have spoken to cast members over the phone when calling on a variety of things and have always asked about HM and I have gotten that answer. I was also told the HM gift shop may open later.

Scary how difficult OB tix seem to score, eek. Last halloween event we did there was in DL.

Hi. I understand. I am coming the East Coast/NY too. I scheduled my 2023 trip in August so the HM was open. This year I want to the HMH overlay! I am going to try to get OB tickets for the 2 dates in August. You know OB tickets are so hard to get. I think demand might be lower in August but who knows. I schduled this trip in August for my birthday and the Halloween Time and the rates in Sept. were much higher when I booked.

I went to switch one of my theme park reservations, but I had to cancel it and now it won’t let me book another. Even though I have only 2 days from my 3 day ticket booked. a glitch with the website? Or since I’m not going until the end of June do I just have to wait now until I get my actual tickets.

I swear the Disney world app and website is so much easier to manage

I actually called them today to find out b/c I also purchased 3-day park hopper tickets from them back during their Black Friday deals. They can't modify the tickets I already purchased or price match the upcoming Disney offer. They can only cancel and refund. But if you cancel you only get 95% back (and obviously the tickets can't be used at all even partially). Still, even with the restocking fee, I'd save several hundred on tickets with the Disney deal so I'm going to call. But I'm also worried about not getting park reservations too....? Is that really a thing? I could buy these Disney discounted tickets and then not get a park reservation??

Yes I did! I purchases UT tickets back in November during the Black Friday sale. Today I called and canceled the old tickets, purchased the new summer deal (saved $600) and they are already up and linked in my DL account. I got a full refund for my Nov. tickets b/c I was purchasing new tickets with them (I actually puchased the new tickets when I was on the phone with UT so they quickly verfied and refunded me all in one call).

If you just want to cancel your UT tickets you will get 95% back, but you get the full 100% refund if you're going to just re-buy tickets with them.
