new stunt show

I agree with those that said once was enough. We did it last year and it took so long to get into the stadium then wait for it to start. It was hot and not that comfortable. Then when it started I got bored, it did seem very repetitive. My dad is a huge car person and he even got a little bored. There was just too much talking and explaining while they set for the next stunt.

We will skip it this year. Too much hastle. Anyway I have plenty on tape from last year that I edited together into a nice shortened version.

My DS and DH loved it ! I hated sitting there in the hot sun !

We saw this last October and everyone in the group liked it. But for me personally, I don't think I will NEED to see it every trip, as it took at lot of time. It was a very good show though.

I really didn't care for it at all and I wouldn't bother going back to see it again.

I have seen it three times: twice in soft openings, and they were pretty good.
]Once when the final show was put together: the regular show was a bit slow and stagedacted to much for my taste.
It is something that I will do once on each trip to WDW, just to see what changes are made, but it really is not a favourite or "must-do" attraction.
If something better comes along, I will pass up this stunt show.
I feel the same way about the Indiana Jones show also.
:moped: :moped: :yay: :moped: :moped:

WE enjoyed it although I do see the other poster's comment on "leg" work to get in....it is a lot of work :rotfl2:

I would assume that we would go to see it again on our next visit, as we saw it last year the week that it first opened up, so maybe it has changed a little.

Can anyone suggest the best place to try and sit, or if there are any shaded areas? I a VERY fair and have to avoid direct sun when possible. If this is a long show, I would normally use an umbrella (yeah, my skin is THAT fair) but I don't want to block anyones view. Thanks.

We saw it last year with another family that we will be vacationing with again this June (in just 5 weeks!). The men, especially my DH, really enjoyed it, but my friend and I have laughed every time it's been brought up about how miserable we both were and that we would prefer to never have to do it again. We were hot, wet from a downpour, tired from the hike to the attraction and the trek to the second row from the top, and the bleachers made my bottom hurt. It was hands down, my most miserable moment EVER at WDW...I was praying for the end to come. All that said, I'm sure I'll be there again next trip, DH doesn't ask for much on these trips, so I'll do it to keep him happy.

I think I am a little light on the TESTOSTERONE for this show, but DH and DS loved it. I am sure we will be back again in August.

:teeth: In my OP it is one of the BEST shows at WDW, if my DD wasn't so small and antsy at the time, we would have seen it again the very next day!!

Bet your bottom we're in it again this year!!!! :cool1:

Is this show similar to Batman Thrill Spectacular at Sixflags?

Would this be something that boys 13 and 9 would like?

I haven't been to Six Flags (in a couple of decades), but I'm sure boys would love the show. It's about a five minute walk from the center of the park.

If they are 13 and 9 I would probably take them to see it. My 18 yr old son and I went to see and it. I am glad I went to see what it was like, but I did think it was kind of boring and will not go back. A lot of adults left before the show was even over.
