Can anyone tell me where my credits went on the new southwest RR site? I can't seem to find how many points I have earned toward a free ticket!

SWA is having a few problems with converting to the new RR system. The customer service person I talked to yesterday said to not hope for things to be cleared up until Thursday, and possibly longer.

Yes, they are still having some problems, but you should be able to check now.

  • Go to Southwest.com and log in using the boxes on the right.
  • Once you are logged in, scroll down the page a bit and look at the column on the very right hand side (under where you logged in).
  • You'll see "Credit Status", a "?" icon and the words "What happened to my credits?" Click that.
  • You should see your credits on this page.
  • If you have Awards available, IIRC, there should be a link under the credits information to view your Awards.
Hope that helps!

Earlier today I booked 5 one way trips using my Rapid Rewards (found them just like the above poster said). When I went to book the last one way trip the link was no longer there! I think we need to just be patient as the system is updated. BTW, we are flying to Chicago and back for a college visit.

I was having trouble booking. So, I gave them a call. It took 66 minutes for the SWA rep to book four RT tickets using rewards. They're having lots of trouble at their end too.

Thank you!

The rep also told me that they are having more troubles with Firefox and Safari browsers. She recommended using Internet Explorer to access the site for a while.

I was on hold for about 20 minutes with SW today before I gave up. I'm trying to get info on my upcoming flight but the site says that info is unavailable.
