Thank you!!! I'm very surprised to hear that it is so very heavy. I'm pretty tiny myself, and would probably have a difficult time opening it too. Do you know if a cast member will help a non-handicapped person open it up if needed??? It sure would be miserable to injure your back on vacation! I wonder if Disney considered the weight of it, and what they have to say about it. It would surprise me if they had not considered this potential and come up with a solution...
