We got to try out the Soarin Attraction at Epcot on Sunday and it was AWESOME!! The first time over there it did say 120 minute wait time and the CM said it was worth it but with 2 little ones we decided to pass. We came back at 6:30 and it said 30 minutes wait but it was more like 10 once we went in. It was an unbelievable ride - totally felt like you were parasailing around. The signs they post made us a little leary about the motion sickness but didn't see anyone with these problems - don't let it scare you away. Totally worth going on - don't know if i'd wait 120 minutes but they did say when it opens on Thursday there will be a 2 hour wait so utilize the fast pass you won't be sorry - Happy Soarin!!

Glad to hear you enjoyed it. That was my favorite ride at DL and kept telling everyone about it. Now that it is here in FL I have been quite a few times and dragged friends and family on it. They all thought it was awesome.

ITA! It's an E-ticket attraction for Epcot :earsboy:

Any word on Soarin being open for evening EMH? I'm trying to finalize our plans for next week ( :cool1: ) and it be WONDERFUL if it would be open.

We were there April 19-25 when Soarin was a soft opening and they said that it would not be open for EMH until it's official opening (when is that? May5?)

Yes, May 5 is the official date

I rode it last week several times. I just LOVED it. I left my dawdling family and hurried to get there right after it opened in the morning. I got on very quickly each time!

Excellent!! Thanks a bunch, that's exactly what I wanted to hear! :cheer2:

My daughter (8) and I rode it in March and both of us are heartily recommending it for EVERYONE. The only thing I've been warning people of (as the cast member did us) is, if you're afraid of heights, and not sure this ride is for you, just make sure you ride in row 3 since it doesn't go up as high.
