I snuck on for a sneak peak at both shops

you can buy levitation 1 use and checkers slight of hand 1 use in the magic shop

in the arcade you can play that blizzard beach / typhoon lagon puzle game

The magic is for use in the checkers game, and if you win a game you get 50 credits and a pin. And each game you win you get a higher number on that pin.

From what I've seen if you click on the game in the pirate tree house it takes you to the arcade room. I have yet to try out the games though.
