MORNING back actcha
took me 15 minutes but i finally fixed my siggy -- look at Donald fly now!

Yet another sleepless night. When will this excitement die down??

Woo Hoo!!!!!!!!!!!!:thumbsup2:cool1::woohoo:

Insults is right - there are so many great places to view the Savannah. That may have been my fav part - just accidentally stumbling across cool locations to watch them. We only booked a standard view [w/ a 40% off code] - didnt even feel like we could swing the pool view....BUT as my cubs like to say "WE GOT THE DOUBLE UPGRADE!!!!!" - a Savannah view AND bunkbeds - they were some happy happy cubbies!!! :goodvibes:woohoo:

You will have a BLAST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:thumbsup2:hug:

Heard it was, though it is way out there in the western corner. But real nice with good hiking trails & a waterfall and rustic cabins. Hadn't been to Lewis, we usually camp on Loft Mountian in a tent. Which reminds me to email my brother and ask if he is going or doing this spring or fall!:lovestruc
Oooo - will have to remember to look it up tonight. Lewis mountain is not even a full 2 hours from us - I hope we manage to pull it off this summer. Also, we _might_ be trying a beach trip - will let you know if we manage.

I have the busiest summer ahead of me!

June 19: London
June 30: Girls Camp
July 12: My Birthday
July 14: Youth Conference
July 23: EFY
August 5: Seattle/Vancouver/Victoria/Wherever Else Dad's step-parents drag us to
August 27: DISNEY!
September 7: Last Day of Summer :(

Happy Hump Day, Peeps!!
Good point. But, I have never been grounded in my entire life. I'm a little angel. Or I've never been caught...:rolleyes1
Just a warning here....I used to be a good girl too. then I grew up, got married, had kids and wound up hanging out with some crazy Limeys who corrupted me. And just think...you have a head start on the corruption, since you are already a crazy Limey.:teeth:
howdy Girls - i haven't been here in ages but this was my lucky day i guess.. well not really i was attacked on the Picture of the Day thread (page 165) for an honest mistake but whatever...

I wanted to say that my 40th Birthday is 10/10/10 and I am planning a big trip to Disney to celebrate!! it woudl be awesome if it worked out that was the weekend you all are going to be there.. I'll have to find a way to stay in the loop!

Hey Jacqueline - I see you are going to world -- Congrats !!!!
Sounds like a great place to celebrate your 40th. I'd love to do the same in a couple years!
Thanks for all the excited responses -- making it so much fun for me! And to answer the question, no we can't afford the Savannah view so going with the pool view (should still be nice i figure)
Oh and you should like this one, lady booking the air flight made a mistake and gave me the wrong date: so now we have to stay an extra day Awwww shame eh??:lmao:
YAY!!!!:woohoo:
So what are your "official" dates now?
we are 12/5 to 12/8, but I haven't booked air yet. If I get any code or deal within a couple weeks of that. I'll still change it if it will save us some $$$ (or get me to get Brian to stay a little longer!)

Nope!!! I already volunteered!! Silly! T is going along to chaperone you chaperoning Allie!! At least I think that is what she meant!:confused3

I thought the idea was to keep them out of trouble, not help them cause trouble?!?!

And trouble starts with what...? That's right...."T":lmao:

If you think two 14 year old girls with straight A+'s will need chaperoning even if they are going with my dad, feel free to come.
And yes, I did get a head start on my corruption process :teeth:

I think Becca and I will be the ones chaperoning you lot by the looks of all this.

You did read that one thread that was posted on here by another diser right? If not I am cutting and pasting it just for you.. Yep this would be me and Heather

I'm a CM and was directing guest traffic on Main street around 6pm on a MVMCP night. A young girl, probably about 9 or 10, came up to me and started chatting. Her parents were, I assume, resting nearby or in a shop. We had the following exchange

Me: "So, will you be staying for the Christmas party?"
Her: "No, we're going to Epcot instead"
Me: "Oh, that should be fun. What are you going to do there?"
Her: "Well, my parents will get their maragaritas and get really drunk and I'll walk 15 feet behind them and pretend I don't know them."

It was all I could do not to burst out laughing. And then, her dad walks up to her, sweet as can be, and we chatted for a bit more. I had the hardest time not laughing at him as I pictured he and his wife drinking around the world, and this sweet little girl acting like she's never met them

Oh and to let you know it was your dis mommy that found this somewhere on here..

What's so wrong with that?:confused3 It will prepare you for when you have kids someday.:lmao: Tell your Dad it's a school project.
I knew you would love it :lmao:

Oh, Ok. That's fine. As long as I get to go. cause we all know i will do ANYTHING to get to Disney.

Aren't you proud of me????

I forget who asked me (too lazy to scroll back) when we are going? December 5th - 12th. Get in to MCO at 1:22 on the 5th leave at 9:45 P.M. oh the 12th we wanted to squeeze as much time in as possible even if it means getting to the airport here at 12:30 and home around 2 am.!!!

The excitement is growing if that is even possible. I am spending hours looking at pictures on line, pondering meals etc etc etc. I am working on an excel spreadsheet so John can see what food each places offers and how many points they use (need to point out that the deluxe plan really is a great deal) so far he has only requested 3 things :eat in the castle, Hoop--Dee-doo and eat "under the sea" as he calls it!

We do the same thing. First plane out in the morning, last plane home at night!:thumbsup2

I'm excited for you!!!
We are planning NOTHING for this trip (well, we'll probably make 1 ADR for a character meal) With 4 days, we will just kinda "go with the flow"
Maybe we'll bump into you guys!!!

Probably.

Oh yes, he'll really believe that. He may be indecisive, oblivious, and overall blonde on the inside but he's not that dumb. In fact, he'd probably be like "Oh boy, lemme guess, those are some of your crazy limey friends? You know, the ones who are corrupting you early."

Aren't you proud of me????
