I just got a new digital scale that I'm really happy with. I knew it wouldn't weigh me the same as my old scale, which was always inaccurate, but the new scale says I weigh almost 10 pounds LESS than my old scale did. Trust me I'm not complaining, but how should I adjust my goals to take the difference in to account?

I'm not sure you should adjust your goal. It is quite possible that your original goal weight will be the one you want. I believe (and could be wrong..LOL) that it's more about how your body feels and looks than what you weigh. I never had a scale in my house until January 1st 2004, and was only weighed at doc's. I believe the weight doesnt tell you enough of the story. I think you should go with what you feel, and stop when your body is where you want it to be, that shouldnt depend on how much your body weighs.

Good luck

You have two choices:
1- Readjust your goals: lets say you started thinking your weight was 150 pounds, had a 15 lb goal and lost 3 pounds. What I would do is to readjust that to 140 lb, a 14 lb goal and a 3 pound lost so far.
2- Get the 10 pounds clippie: :teeth:

I would choose #1
