Well, I went out and bought one of those digital scales that read the body fat, and although it is a nice scale, it reads 3.2 pounds heavier than my old scale. I know my total weight loss is based on the old scale, but how do I know which scale is actually accurate? This is crazy, but I like the numbers on the old scale, they make me feel better because it was a personal goal for me to weigh what it says. Is there an easy way to make this transition without always having to subtract 3.2 pounds from each weigh in? I know in my head there isn't, but you can't blame a girl for asking!
I figure, now when I go to the DR. office, I won't freak out because "their scale is wrong"!!!
