I am on camper number 2 and although I like what I have, I'm thinking of going to another type camper. I had a Tail-Gator toyhauler 1st and then last year I bought a Keystone Hobbi which is also a toyhauler.
The newest camper I'm looking at is a used Four Winds Fun Mover. It's a Class C 27' and has a garage in the back instead of a bedroom. I have my own business doing air testing on smokestacks so I'm thinking this would possibly work to my advantage because I could have my camper/toyhauler for my FW habit and when we go 4 wheeling I have my garage. Then I can also use it to haul my equipment around and quit giving Holiday Inn $100 a night. Most of the places I work at I can stay on their property and hook up there. I will of course consult my accountant to see what portion I can write off and all that.
I've seen many posts from people who are unsure about going from trailer to driveable and kinda confused. This is about the best camper forum I've come across so I figured many of ya'll will tell me the pros and cons. Also does any of our friends here have experience with these Fun Movers. It's a 1998 and only has 21k miles and the genny has 250 hours. I think the price is fair and the unit has been very well taken care of. What all should I have checked before I sign the dotted line? Thanks to all in advance.
1 more thing. What do most Class C's with a Triton V10 get for mileage or is that a dumb question lol. I get around 10-11 with my tt hooked to my Duramax Diesel.
