Hi all. Stopped by the runDisney booth for the Rock & Roll Las Vegas weekend and they were handing out flyers with brand news races dates.

Given RunDisney's legendary attention to detail, I'm inclined to go with it being a typo.

Good point. I don't think 2018 WDW marathon weekend will have much of a problem though. Other weekends maybe.

Just to start a rumor, it's because they're adding a marathon to the Dark Side weekend. In reality, I think @camaker hit the nail on the head.

What surprises me is that Darkside Weekend. Everything but the 10K is still available.

People just don't want to spend the money for the same thing year after year. Races after the inaugural year seem to take a sharp decline. I am interested to see how wine and dine 2017 does.

It's run by the NFL I believe and is being held at WWoS.

Edit to say math is hard. I answered my own question by reading like an adult.
Turns out there is a chance we will be at disney next year during W&D. My ability to convince everyone I know in my family to run the Jingle Jungle 5k will now commence.

It is now open and oddly enough the 5K will be held at Epcot. Here is the link:
