What is Stitch's Great Escape and where in Tomorrowland will it be located?

It will be in the former location of Alien Encounter. Seems like it will be a similar "experience" just a funny rather than scary one.

It's the new attraction/ride that is replacing Alien Encounter in TL.From what I've read the theater is going to be basically the same as AE but Stitch will be the Alien now and it won't be as scarey as AE show.

I had an article, with a drawing of Stitch in the ride, book marked but I can't find it right now!

Any one know when this ride is scheduled to open? I recall reading sometime in the fall.

I don't think it has an exact opening date, but I've read rumors of soft openings and AP/cast previews in July/August, with an official opening in September. No guarantees, though.

So far it looks like they haven't done too much with the exterior look of the theater for the old AE when I went yesterday. No new signs yet but they did have paint buckets along the refurbishment wall ( we went on the TLTA 6 or 7 times).
