new ride for universal?

there was a quick blurb on the news this morning about a new ride at universal. I don't know if they said california or florida. I thought it was something about the movie transformers, since they something about robots & people? but the name they said didn't sound like transformers.

anyone know about this?

Yep from what I hear there will be a Transformers ride going in at the new Universal park being built in Singapore and then it will be going in at Universal Studios in Hollywood.With the Florida park getting Potter and the new HRRR coaster this will not be going in the Florida park,because of the new rides as well as the possibility that the Transformers ride might be similar to the Spider-Man dark ride which is the rumor.

There were rumors after Back to the Future closed that it was going to get turned into Transformers, Fast and the Furious, or the Simpsons...we know how that one ended.

I guess they liked their Transformers idea too and decided to use it for other parks.
