Did I hear new restaurants are opening up around Epcot??

Via Napoli will be the name of the location in Italy. All information points to it being a TS location. There is some speculation on whether or not there may be a carry out window based on the designs of other locations in the same "chain" (Disneyland and Las Vegas both have one). There is no information regarding reservations as of yet beyond "July or August" and no information on an official opening date other than "Fall 2010". I'm not sure on the meals provided and if it's official or not, but I'm thinking it'll be open for both Lunch and Dinner.
Hacienda de San Angel is the new TS restaurant in Mexico. There has been some information released regarding the menu though I don't have the link handy. Like Via Napoli, there is no official information regarding reservations (again, beyond "July or August") and no official opening date ("Fall 2010"). It will be open for dinner only.
Cantina de San Angel will be reopened at roughly the same time as the Hacienda is opened. The menu for the Cantina looks to be changed. It will be located within the same building as the Hacienda. It will remain a QS location and open for both Lunch and Dinner.
They tore down the old Cantina and are placing a new (larger) building there. Within that building will be both Hacienda and Cantina. Original information did make it sound like it was a single new restaurant with CS lunch/TS dinner. More recent information was released clarifying it into what we know now (2 restaurants, a CS open for lunch and dinner, a TS open only for dinner).I'm a little confused. Is the Hacienda also going to be where the cantina is. I thought I read somewhere that the new mexican restaurant was going to be counter service for lunch and table service for dinner.
Then I just read somewhere that the Hacienda was going to be in the mexico pavilion. It's not replacing San Angel is it?![]()
I'm hoping for the same thingThank you! You're right they did make it sound like one restaurant. Glad they aren't replacing San Angel...although many don't like it ..I thought it was good and love the theming. Hopefully this restaurant and the new italian restaurant will open before our lare Sept trip so we can try them out.

i wonder how we can get reservations... i'm going when the food and wine fest starts, so i'd love to eat there. hope i can made an adr in time.
