The latest word has been "July or August". In reality, once they define an opening date, chances are that they'll start opening up dining reservations around the same time.

I'll be watching for this too. Also the new place in Italy. I look forward to trying some new places as I'm burned out from most of the other dining options now.

I hope soon. I know last year when they opened Kouzzina around the same time, they started taking reservations for that late July or early August.

No menu posted yet, but taken from a WESH/Orlando article, quoting Disney Food writer Pam Brandon on the Disney Parks blog, says this about it:

"Brandon said La Cantina’s [QS] menu will include chicken and beef tacos on handmade corn tortillas, nachos, epanadas and other offerings.

La Hacienda[table service], which will be open for dinner only starting at 4 p.m., will feature entrees such as roasted shrimp in pepper garlic broth, flank steak with spring onions and grilled red snapper with roasted corn and cactus leaves, Brandon said. In addition to main courses, Brandon said La Hacienda would serve appetizers including queso fundido, rib eye and roasted pork tacos and a traditional black bean soup. Deserts include chocolate churros, sweet tamales and fruit empanadas, the post said"

That sounds YUMMY !!! The grilled snapper with roasted corn & the chocolate churros is my order !!! Yum !!!!!!!

Ooooh, I just noticed-empanadas! Make them pumpkin empanadas and I'm there. They'd better be open by October so I can check.
