New resorts for us! What should we check out?

So, we are fortuitous in that we have three Disney trips this year! That never happens! So, for the trips we are staying at:

* May: Beach Club (1 night + checkout morning)
* July: All Stars - we're old hats here
* November: Port Orleans French Quarter (8 nights + checkout morning)

Beach Club and POFQ are both new to us! We usually stay at POR or All Stars, and I know at POR which pools we like, the bar we like, Piano Bob, etc. All Stars... well we know how to find out room. What I'm looking for are must-dos or must-sees at the two new resorts this year! What have you got?

This! Also some nights they have live music or team trivia at Martha's Vineyard which can be fun.

POFQ:

When you get food at the food court, you can sit at the tables in front of Scat Cats or even inside Scat Cats to eat it. We tended to get our breakfast and sit in front of Scat Cats. It was a lot more relaxing. We also took food into Scat Cats to have with our drinks from Scat Cats. This was a suggestion from the server at Scat Cats.

The boat to DS is very relaxing and I tend to go there more frequently from POFQ.

You can use the pool/amenities at POR and those at POR can use the ones at POFQ.
