New resort on Monorail?

They're currently in process of building Villas at GF, is this what you are talking about ?

bay lake tower was already built, but it is part of the contemporary resort.

other than that, the rumor is false.

Every once in a while, the rumor of a 'Venice' style resort between the TTC and the Contemporary pops back up to the surface. There was some construction stuff on this bit of land for a while, but the recent satellite shots on google maps show nothing.

It was to over by the Contemporary to solve some drainage problems. There was noplans to build another resort over there to my knowledge at the time.

don't think so - the 4 seasons was announced a couple of years ago. so any new resort would have to be announced already or now.

I think they are focusing on DVC's now. I don't see them building a "regular" resort for many years.
