from Fromers website:
The Four Seasons, in partnership with Disney, is scheduled to open a new luxury resort, complete with its own 18-hole golf course, in 2010. Other future Disney projects include the addition of an entirely new resort community, set to include between 4,000 and 5,000 rooms in the value and moderate price range, along with retail shops and restaurants. The new community will be located just outside of the Disney gateway at the western edge of the Mouse's house. And these are just the tip of the iceberg on the Orlando expansion front -- several high-end destination properties and resort communities are set to open around town in 2010.

And possibly in 2010:
Out in Florida, Disney finally announced plans for a fifth theme park within Walt Disney World. It won't open for several more years, but the company finally dusted off the plans for the villains-themed amusement park that has been part of cyberspace chatter for ages.

Kind of an aggressive time line...but I'll stay tuned...

The hotel has been in the works for a long time.

Another park Im skeptical of, but they could begin to budget and plan one sometime not long after 2010, I'd guess after the completion of DCA.

We just got back and there are already bulldozers over at 429 and Western Way which is where the new complex is supposed to go.

Wow, a Four Seasons and Waldorf Astoria both going in the same area. How exciting!!

A Villains restaurant would so ROCK! Also one with PIXAR characters! I know my kids would freaking LOVE that!
