New reservations issue

Has anyone else had any issues making reservations with the new park rsvp system. I purchased 4 day tickets a couple weeks ago, i recently linked the ticket to my MDE account and everything linked and shows good but when I try to pick the park days, Dec 18th 2020, it keeps saying I must have valid park admission. It then asks for my ticket ID, I put it in and it just keeps saying I need valid admission. The website says rsvp is now available through September 26th of 2021. Anyone else experienced this.

You'll need to call, I don't think we've seen any reports of issues after linking valid tickets

Thanks, I was really hoping I didn't have to call cause its a 1hr wait or longer to get through.

Do you have legit park tickets? Did you buy your park tickets from a legimate source?

2 suggestions to check:

Are you sure you aren't somehow in the AP section for park reservations? There are different "pools" of park reservations - those with APs, those with on-site resort reservations, and others with Theme Park tickets.

Or, check the dates for your tickets. Do they work for any other date (not 12/18/2020 @ MK)? Maybe you didn't buy, or didn't correctly receive, tickets for your dates.

Thanks, you are correct about the date. They have my ticket marked 12/19 through 12/25 and it was supposed to be marked 12/18 through 12/24. It won't let me fix the dates online so I'm going to have to call. I paid the premium anytime ticket so it shouldn't be a problem. Im able to book all my other days except for 18th. Lesson learned, very important to double check dates even if u pay for anytime tickets. Thanks for the suggestions, helped me figure this out.

I think the "flex" tickets still have an official "start" date even with the longer expiration. Good luck!
