New reservation - will I lose my fast passes

I want to modify my room only reservation but I can't call right now. We have fast passes booked. If I book a new room and then cancel the old room will this cancel my passes? We are AP holders so our tickets will not be an issue.

Thanks! I will go ahead and cancel the old one. This saves me from paying for an extra night that I can't use!
