New reservation, do I need to rebook DME?

I booked a trip in April for my birthday, but my friend (who is a DVC-aholic) had a butt ton of banked points she needed to use so we rebooked with her points. Still amazed she still had 500+ points after upgrading from a studio to a 2-bedroom villa at Riviera Resort!!!!! I booked DME under my reservation but since I cancelled the reservation, did it also cancel DME? Tried calling member services, but of course I get the busy signal. Any help is appreciated, thank you!

I think as long as your flight is the same and you input into MDE, you should be fine.
