New rental ECVs

WDW is getting new rental ECVs. They are a tan/gray color (specs say tan, but they look gray to me). They have a bigger triangle bumper in front, a wider, thicker seat cushion, and have a slower top speed (which will hopefully reduce accidents sometimes caused by bursts of speed in close quarters). All 4 parks will have the same color, and the old ECVs should be completely phased out by Dec 22 (this-coming Sunday).
