Yeah, these rejections without counters can get in my head and make me feel like I must be unreasonable or something. I'm glad I have these boards to remind me I'm not crazy and I need to be patient
But…was it a small contract? I think historically - sellers are getting list price or really close on small contracts…

If I was looking for a small CCV, I would have considered $145 to be a ‘good enough’ price. I would not let $500 make or break my purchase…but maybe that’s just me. I think at least some of the offers I see here are those fishing for the absolute bargain of all bargains.

Keep trying!! Last year my 150 BWV was asking $120 and I got it for $95 so it is possible!! My limit was $100 - I refused to go above and after countless rejected offers (9, I believe) I found THE one! Hang in there!!I thought so too, but I did check back with the broker after the contract went pending and they got $114, which I was told was their lowest price point, so I'm clearly way off. I would have maybe come up to $100, it had double points, but I refuse to feel like I'm overpaying for a 2042 resort. I feel like suddenly BWV has become harder to get a deal on than BCV, wondering if the pool closure is somehow skewing peoples' feelings and this is a fleeting thing? Or has the tide turned and more people are realizing that BWV is better?

It was a small contract, but I considered $145 to be a fair offer. There are 2 other 50 point CCVs posted for around that, but they are more stripped.

I just checked DVCFL. There's no contract like that there now. It looks like it was sold--likely the full price offer closed out other offers.

From memory, the $113 asking price on the CCV contract was for 100 points. This was about five months ago. For clarity, this is not about a reject offer, just was publicly posted some time ago.

I read this to mean that the seller wanted $106, rejected buyer offer of $95 but countered at $103 and buyer has not accepted.
